3.1 Permitted Use

3.2 Orders and Payment

Users must provide accurate and complete information when ordering food. Users are responsible for paying the amounts due as per the prices specified in the app.

4. Order Cancellation Policy and Related Terms

At Winkels, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable delivery experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your order. This policy outlines the terms and procedures related to order cancellations.

4.1 Cancellation Before Preparation

Users can cancel their orders free of charge before the restaurant starts preparing the food. If the order is canceled before the preparation stage, the full amount will be refunded to the user according to the payment method used.

4.2 Cancellation After Preparation

If the order is canceled after the restaurant has started preparing the food, it may not be possible to fully refund the amount. This depends on the restaurant’s policy, and users may be charged a cancellation fee or the cost of the ingredients used.

4.3 Cancellation After Delivery

Orders that have already been delivered cannot be canceled. If there is an issue with the quality of the food or service, please contact customer service to resolve the problem.

4.4 Cancellation Steps

Users can cancel their order through the app by accessing the "My Orders" section or by contacting customer service. Users will be notified of the cancellation status and refund (if applicable) via email or the app.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used by the user when placing the order. Additionally, users can choose to have the refund credited to their digital wallet within the app immediately, where the funds can be used for future orders. Refunds via bank account or credit card may take 3 to 7 business days to appear, depending on the bank or service provider’s processes.

5.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if the user fails to receive the order due to providing an incorrect address or not being present at the specified location at the time of delivery.
